Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech.
• Understanding of Spanish-speaking LATAM markets and youth culture.
• Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Passion for Tinder’s mission.
• Monitor cultural trends and social conversations.
• Experience in fast-paced, global organizations.
• Background in performance marketing is a plus.
• Experience with influencer marketing in LATAM.
