Overview

The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing orders, and supporting the sales team by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Proficient in documenting orders with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Exceptional math skills, especially with fractions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
