As a CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating closely with clients to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation in the CRM space.
• Strong skills in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Attention to detail in QA of CRM campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in agency or client-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and French is a must.
