Overview

As a Lead Project Manager (Martech) at Massive Rocket, you will provide strategic leadership to our teams as they deploy cutting-edge CRM and Data solutions, ensuring seamless cross-team coordination and effective resource management.

• Provide strategic oversight of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Act as a senior participant in sales discovery calls.
• Mentor and coach junior Project Managers.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations for effective resource allocation.
• Maintain open communication channels for collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in an agency setting.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level).
• Knowledge of digital consumer engagement and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Braze & Snowflake is a plus.
