Overview

As a CRM Designer at Massive Rocket, you’ll play a key role in designing, optimizing, and implementing customer relationship marketing (CRM) assets across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and WhatsApp.

• Strong grasp of AI-driven personalization tools.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
