Overview

This role involves supporting our multidisciplinary team by handling a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 70-90 calls per day, per agent, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service.

In Short

Handle 70-90 inbound calls per day
Schedule appointments
Answer questions and handle complaints
Troubleshoot problems
Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Onsite training for the first few weeks
Options for remote work after training
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired

Requirements

Familiar with telephone etiquette and customer service basics
Exceptional communication skills
Understanding of company products and services
Proficiency with computers and CRM software
Strong time management and decision making skills
