Overview

This role involves supporting our multidisciplinary team by handling a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 70-90 calls per day, per agent, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service.

In Short

  • Handle 70-90 inbound calls per day
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer questions and handle complaints
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Onsite training for the first few weeks
  • Options for remote work after training
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be desired

Requirements

  • Familiar with telephone etiquette and customer service basics
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of company products and services
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM software
  • Strong time management and decision making skills
