Overview

As the Head of Human Resources at Mashgin, you will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR leadership experience in SaaS or tech startups.
• Experience scaling a company from ~70 to 250+ employees.
• Knowledge of nationwide employment laws.
• Strong relationship-building skills with executives and teams.
• High integrity and good judgment.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR policy implementation.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive in identifying and solving challenges.
• Ability to analyze and communicate with data.
