In Short

• Responsible for researching, analyzing, and reporting operational risk.
• Work closely with various departments to identify and resolve procedural gaps.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operational Risk to manage risk data and reporting.
• Conduct UAT testing for procedures before full implementation.
• Create and generate accurate reports for identifying KRI’s and dashboards.
• Assist in testing and process improvement with the Quality Assurance Team.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes.
• Participate in projects that align with the bank’s business objectives.
• Assess operations for issues and prepare impact assessments.
• Innovate ideas that drive business through technology.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of banking experience.
• Associates’ degree or equivalent work experience.
• Comfortable using technology and adopting new systems.
• Experience with Power BI or other data analysis programs.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven reports.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• General knowledge of business operations and strategies.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and privacy.
