• Collaborate with CPO and VP of Engineering on strategic implementation.

• Hands-on technical leader experienced in distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in high-availability and regulated environments.
• Passion for AI/ML and data-driven engineering.
• Ability to mentor senior engineers and drive technical alignment.
