In Short

• Shape and steward end-to-end solutions by translating high-level business requirements.
• Guide the team to build with quality and agility across disciplines and time zones.
• Develop C4-style architecture diagrams and roadmaps.
• Facilitate architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with Product teams to refine technical epics.
• Ensure high coding standards.
• Design CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members.
• Act as a technical liaison with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Java (Java 21) and Spring Boot, including reactive programming.
• Experience in designing event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub.
• Strong SQL skills on PostgreSQL, plus familiarity with caching and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Redis).
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and API gateways.
• Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing.
• Understanding of design patterns, C4 modeling, and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; adaptable to shifting priorities.
