Overview

As a Business Analyst at Masabi, you will help shape the usability and flexibility of our fare collection platform, ensuring that customer needs are met and user-focused solutions are developed.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a software or product-led environment.
• Able to turn business challenges into user-centric requirements.
• Comfortable working with SDKs and APIs.
• Skilled in gathering insights through workshops and journey mapping.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
• Familiar with Agile delivery practices.
• BCS or IIBA qualification is helpful but not required.
