Overview

The Resourcing Coordinator plays a critical role in the Delivery Operations team, assisting Resourcing Managers with project communications, data management, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Events or Hospitality.
• Experience in Resourcing or Staff Planning is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
