• Provide psychotherapy to medical first responders via telemedicine.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed therapist (LICSW/ LCSW/ LMFT/ LMHC/PsyD) in the state of CT.
• At least two years of clinical experience treating individuals in healthcare.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders.
• Desire to learn and share experience among a diverse team.
• Open to learning new skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse communication styles.
• Experience with telemedicine tools or online video communications.
• Experience in evidence-based psychotherapies.
• Experience incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments.
