In Short

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify sales and upselling opportunities.

  • Conceptualize and produce social media videos for clients.

Requirements

  • Passionate about social media and short video content.
  • Understanding of video production fundamentals.
  • Aesthetic sense for effective advertising creatives.
  • Creative mindset for developing great video concepts.
  • Organized and able to maintain oversight.
  • Fluent in German (C2).
  • Socially intelligent with the ability to build relationships.
  • Quick learner.
  • Skilled in persuasion, both in person and via video.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Good communicator with a quick response time.
  • Desire to help build Europe's largest social media agency.
  • Appreciation for good advertising.
