  • Support subscription optimization initiatives across various platforms

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in retention or subscription marketing
  • Strong understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing metrics
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and subscription platforms
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on testing and optimization
  • Ability to create authentic, customer-first messaging
  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
