• Support the documentation, analysis, and modeling of business processes using our internal control system tools (especially ADONIS).
• Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining existing processes.
• Assist in capturing, assessing, and maintaining risk information in our risk management system.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data within the internal control and risk management systems.
• Participate in regular status updates and team meetings, documenting progress effectively with tools like monday.com.
• Support the creation of internal reports and presentations related to process and risk management activities.
• Act as the contact person for process management and risk management inquiries.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT systems and software; experience with process modeling tools (like ADONIS) or project management software (like monday.com) is a plus.
• Ability to think critically and connect business requirements with technical solutions.
• Enjoy structuring information, modeling processes, and maintaining accurate records.
• Reliable and able to work independently while delivering high-quality work.
• Curious about different business areas and willing to take on new challenges.
• Strong team spirit and high engagement.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
