Overview

Mark43 is looking for a Service Quality Team Lead to guide and support a team of Service Quality Engineers, ensuring the quality and reliability of Mark43’s products while partnering closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams.

• Guide and support a team of Service Quality Engineers.
• Ensure quality and reliability of RMS and CAD platforms.
• Create frameworks, tooling, and training for high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and refine testing scripts and quality rubrics.
• Partner with Engineering to review defects and ensure resolution.
• Mentor team members in test execution and result interpretation.
• Deliver training materials for manual and automated testing.
• Translate technical documentation into actionable test scenarios.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and team practices.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in executing test scenarios.
• 2 years of experience in developing test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Strong coaching instincts and mentoring skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration.
• Comfort with technical documentation and testing scenarios.
• Desire to continuously improve systems and practices.
