Program Manager, Federal Services & Delivery (Public Safety) - Remote

Overview

Mark43 is looking for a Program Manager to join our Federal Services and Delivery team, helping large federal agencies successfully adopt and deliver mission-critical software.

In Short

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Product, and Customer teams.
• Lead program planning and execution for deployments within large federal agencies.
• Track and support compliance-related requirements.
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and action items.
• Work with U.S. federal agencies, particularly in public safety environments.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Travel up to 25-50% to support federal agency partners.
• Bring organization and structure to complex initiatives.
• Work in a remote capacity within approved U.S. states.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience working with U.S. federal agencies.
• Strong background in program or project management in technology-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments.
• PMP and/or Scrum certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and internal teams.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
