HR Advisor - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join our HR Business Partnering team and make a real difference in a mission-led organisation. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of a professional, high-quality HR service to the Caring Services directorate.

In Short

• Support the delivery of HR services aligned to organisational objectives.
• Provide professional advice on misconduct, capability, absence, and performance matters.
• Manage short- and long-term sickness absence cases.
• Prepare and analyse HR management information to support senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR Services to resolve queries.
• Support local recruitment and HR workshops.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Experience with trade unions is desirable.
• Experience in healthcare or charity sector is an advantage.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
