Overview

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Mapbox, you will lead strategic direction and ensure the success of key customer programs while driving internal improvements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of technical project management experience.
• 8+ years of deep technical experience in software projects.
• Experience in building business strategy for geo-enriched applications.
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in understanding customer requirements.
• Experience in improving customer launch success rates.
• 8+ years in Customer Engagement or Solutions Architecture roles.
• 8+ years in the location platform development industry.
• Excellent communication skills across various business levels.
• B.S. or higher degree.
