Senior Data Analyst, Strategy Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data Analyst, Strategy Analytics plays a critical role in driving Manychat's growth and strategic direction in Brazil. Reporting to the Head of Analytics and working closely with the Brazil General Manager, this role will directly influence the mid- and long-term roadmap and business outcomes for the region by providing actionable insights, shaping strategy, and delivering impactful analytics initiatives.

In Short

• Lead analytics initiatives that drive Manychat’s growth and strategic roadmap in Brazil.
• Develop and maintain Manychat’s operational and growth models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Investigate the product and market from multiple perspectives, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Build and improve tools and dashboards to monitor company performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Data engineers to ensure accurate and reliable data pipelines.
• Manage monetization initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize revenue and growth.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving Finance, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams.
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify and resolve growth bottlenecks and business challenges.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization and proactively identify new areas of opportunity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of experience in business analytics or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools (preferably Tableau). Experience with Python, R and/or Git is a plus.
• A solid understanding of statistical techniques and causal inference methods.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality analytical outputs under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable providing actionable feedback and navigating high-level discussions.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently, manage projects, and take ownership of initiatives.
• Familiarity with data projects such as segmentation, forecasting, pricing, and machine learning applications.
• Experience working in SaaS subscription business and/or the creator-focused product space is a plus.
