Join our dynamic Shop Analytics Team within the Customer & Shop Intelligence cluster as a (Senior) Data Analyst (m/f/d) and play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making at ABOUT YOU.

• Drive product optimization and growth by providing data-driven insights to Business and Product Owners.
• Define tracking requirements and support Quality Assurance of tracking implementations.
• Shape the success metrics for our products, developing and monitoring KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on user behavior and e-commerce trends.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Design and implement advanced dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio.
• Develop segmentation strategies and support personalization initiatives.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis.
• Expertise in e-commerce KPIs and funnel analysis.
• Solid understanding of web analytics and experience with frontend tracking data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
• Advanced knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and cohort analysis.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset, adept at working with cross-functional teams.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data analysis.
