Overview

As a Revenue & Cost Accountant at Manychat, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records related to revenue and costs, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating across teams to uphold financial integrity essential for business growth.

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Monitor contract terms, billing cycles, and deferred revenue.
• Analyze sales transactions and customer agreements.
• Reconcile revenue accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Track cost structures and ensure proper allocation of costs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue & cost reports.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis for business decision-making.
• Support external and internal audits.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in revenue and cost accounting.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is desirable.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
