In Short

• Lead and empower a distributed IT helpdesk team across Brazil, Armenia, and Spain.
• Ensure smooth operation of business systems, primarily SaaS tools.
• Drive improvements and automations in internal IT operations.
• Oversee access management and align with security policies.
• Manage IT vendor and service provider relationships.
• Develop and enhance IT policies and processes.
• Oversee IT budget and track key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Internal IT operations.
• Strong experience maintaining corporate IT infrastructure.
• Good understanding of networking and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of end-user operating systems.
• Good knowledge of SaaS business tools.
• Knowledge of device management and inventory tools.
• Solid experience with IT Service Management tools.
• Fluency in English.
