Overview

The Product Design Lead will be responsible for improving the account opening experience for M&T Bank customers, leading design initiatives that enhance both digital and in-branch interactions.

• Understanding of accessibility standards.
• Experience with usability testing methodologies.
• Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design systems.
