Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Well-organized with time management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial services products.
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficient with internet technology.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Bilingual based on branch needs preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
