Mortgage Originator - Remote

Overview

The Mortgage Originator is primarily responsible for assisting customers in identifying and obtaining mortgage loans that meet their financial needs while adhering to federal regulations.

In Short

• Interview applicants to collect and analyze financial information.

• Advise customers on mortgage products and other bank offerings.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 2 years of sales experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FHA/VA regulations and conventional loan requirements.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with mortgage software and technology.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
