The Management Development Program (MDP) offers recent graduates a comprehensive training experience within the Controller's Office, focusing on financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and leadership development.

In Short

• Participate in ten weeks of Core Training and one year of On-the-Job training.
• Engage in classroom training, departmental presentations, and peer networking.
• Assist with financial data interpretation and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial schedules and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-training and onboarding of new team members.
• Engage in group projects and present findings to senior management.
• Complete tasks compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree candidate or MBA student with no work experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials (GPA of 3.0 or better).
• Up to 1 year of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization or querying tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL).
• Familiarity with SEC and bank regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
• Work visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
