Full Time Float Teller - Remote

Overview

As a Float Teller, you will specialize in our branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing and retail servicing interactions.

In Short

• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to different branches to assist staff as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine customer problems.
• Educate customers on self-service opportunities and digital tools.
• Engage in lobby management and proactively meet customer needs.
• Handle escalated account service issues and log complaints.
• Complete branch-related operational activities including cash ordering and ATM management.
• Maintain compliance with AML, BSA, and KYC regulations.
• Promote a supportive environment reflecting the M&T Bank brand.
• Participate in internal control standards and audit implementations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient with internet technology.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on branch needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to heavy objects.
