Float Teller - Remote

Overview

As a Float Teller, you will specialize in our branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing and retail servicing interactions. You will process a variety of financial transactions in an accurate and efficient manner while frequently traveling to different branches to assist staff as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Well-organized with proven time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on branch needs.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift objects as required.
• Ability to read fine print and interact face-to-face with customers.
