In this role, you’ll oversee a $150M technology budget and lead a team of approximately 300 employees and contractors, driving the technology strategy for our Commercial Banking business. You’ll be at the helm of once-in-a-generation transformation programs that will redefine how we serve our clients and operate internally.

Requirements

• Minimum of Associates’ degree and 15 years’ technology management experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ managerial experience.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Commercial Banking operations.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading large teams across different locations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of the system development life cycle.
• Ability to articulate the Bank’s business plan and strategic objectives.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with integrated applications and technology areas.
