Banking Services Operations Associate III - Commercial Lien Release - Remote

Overview

Supports releasing collateral on accounts that are paid in full and active to support the Commercial Bank, Business Banking, and Leasing business lines.

In Short

• Review and research requests from business partners, attorneys, and title companies.
• Obtain authority to release various types of collateral.
• Execute instructions provided by more experienced personnel.
• Communicate with internal and external business partners throughout the release process.
• Use vendor software to facilitate release requests.
• Update key tracking systems with release information.
• Identify risk-related issues for escalation to management.
• Maintain internal control standards.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or a combined minimum of 2 years’ higher education and/or work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze requests thoroughly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of UCC and collateral types.
• Experience with internal databases and tracking systems.
• Understanding of risk and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work with internal business partners and external entities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
