Overview

This role involves processing and balancing incoming and outgoing Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) files, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In Short

• Process ACH windows for customers.
• Manage ACH disputes and government reclamations.
• Verify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) changes.
• Research and process late returns and Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
• Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards.
• Complete Automatic Transfer Generator (ATG) verification.
• Maintain internal control standards.
• Develop knowledge of ACH request processing.
• Collaborate with team members to support operations.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of general work experience.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Personal Computers and industry-specific software.
• Ability to work within regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
