The Roof Design Consultant at Mantis Innovation is responsible for delivering high-quality design specifications that meet client contract requirements while collaborating with internal teams to provide project estimations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial roof design experience.
• BS or higher degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred.
• Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) or Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver value-based service.
