Overview

As a Design Consultant at Target Group, you will focus on solving business-critical challenges in the Financial Services and Technology sectors, delivering innovative solutions that align with client requirements and drive the company's technical roadmap.

In Short

• Design high-quality, scalable, secure, and resilient solutions for clients.
• Articulate design capability to clients and internal teams.
• Review proposed designs as part of the Design Authority Board.
• Utilize IT industry knowledge to shape solutions for modernization.
• Communicate design decisions and strategies to project teams and leadership.
• Research and introduce new technologies to maintain market relevance.
• Support Solution Architect by designing components of the High Level Solution.
• Facilitate low-level design with software engineering teams.
• Act as the technical design authority during project delivery.
• Provide product and industry guidance to project teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in solution design and technical acumen.
• Experience in the Financial Services and Technology sectors.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to research and implement new technologies.
• Experience with Change project governance processes.
