Overview

This newly created role is designed to reduce the day-to-day workload of the Director by taking ownership of smaller Odoo-related updates and fixes. You’ll act as the first point of contact for internal user issues and work closely with our Web Dev team to ensure smooth resolution, while testing updates and ensuring functionality is maintained.

In Short

  • Provide direct support for Odoo-related tasks.
  • Gather detailed input from internal users on Odoo issues.
  • Communicate and brief the Web Dev team on reported issues.
  • Track resolution progress of issues.
  • Review and validate proposed fixes prior to deployment.
  • Test live updates to confirm issue resolution.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Suggest enhancements to Odoo workflows.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Training on internal tools will be provided.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting or improving business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and process thinking.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Excel, and ChatGPT.
  • Willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.
