• Monitor ETDs for Orders and support in entering sales orders.
• Arrange shipments from suppliers and choose cost-effective shipping methods.
• Send invoices and tracking details to wholesale customers for AU/NZ/US.
• Daily checking all POs to ensure timely deliveries.
• Customer service regarding logistics.
• Organize fortnightly shipments to NZ.
• Support the wholesale team.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Assist during the sales period with sample deliveries or returns.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics and order management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics software (e.g., Cin7).
• Customer service experience.
