Logistics Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will play a role, balancing responsibilities between fulfillment coordination and manufacturing support. You must work collaboratively as part of an agile cross-company team to ensure that our intercoms and related equipment get to our customers when they need them.

In Short

• Operate the daily shipment process, ensuring that all products are shipped and received accurately and on time.
• Resolve fulfillment issues by contacting shipping vendors or internal teams to correct errors.
• Process and track returns, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation to processing.
• Update internal teams with shipping updates and be the liaison for the warehouse.
• Work closely with client success managers to validate and manage shipment needs.
• Generate shipping labels for internal teams.
• Assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
• Create commercial invoice documentation for international orders.
• Work with UPS and FedEx to resolve shipment issues.
