The B2B Order & Fulfillment Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in order management, logistics coordination, and retail project execution within a dynamic nail beauty environment.

• Manage all aspects of order management from order acceptance to timely delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy across platforms, including product data with retail partners.
• Oversee operational B2B projects including product rollouts and display actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an operational role, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluent in German, with strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
