In Short

• Manage and optimize end-to-end processes for Inbound and Outbound operations across all 3PL Warehouses.
• Ensure performance of the 3PL operation in main processes (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Returns).
• Build a plan to tackle future volume.
• Continuous improvement of processes to maximize customer experience.
• Make operations more precise, faster, and economical.
• In charge of commercial relations with different 3PLs.
• Ensure long-term relationships with 3PL partners.
• Work in a remote-first environment.
