Manay CPA Inc. is a full-service CPA firm that provides financial and tax consultancy for local and international businesses and individuals. We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our business operations team, responsible for preparing financial reports and tax returns.

In Short

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports.
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
• Engage in client acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Organize and update financial records.
• Execute accounts payable and receivable management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare year-end audit schedules.
• Assist in documenting and testing financial processes.
• Perform related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area.
• CPA qualification or on a CPA Track preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
