Overview

The Consultant (Vendor Onboarding) role involves leading vendors through the onboarding process, managing vendor profiles, and ensuring compliance with the Track/myTrack platform.

In Short

• Lead vendors through the onboarding process from intake to go-live.
• Collect and validate vendor documentation and contract terms.
• Configure vendor profiles and compliance attributes in Track/myTrack.
• Perform data validation and testing for vendor readiness.
• Provide onboarding guidance and system training to stakeholders.
• Communicate onboarding status and risks to internal teams.
• Facilitate compliance of daily settlement processes.
• Manage user accounts and report filters in Track/myTrack.
• Provide support for Track/myTrack Platform issues.
• Contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in business or technical field or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to provide training in group or one-on-one settings.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
