Overview

As a Damage Claims Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests who experience issues with their vehicle during a wash. Your role is to provide a calm, empathetic, and professional response to concerns, thoroughly document claims, and coordinate the resolution process to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, damage claims, or a related role
• Have hands-on experience with Micrologic and Rinsed platforms preferred
• Possess strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Stay calm under pressure and de-escalate tense situations with empathy
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable using technology to document, track, and follow up on claims
