Overview

The Lead DevOps Engineer at Mama Money will champion automation, reliability, and performance across the infrastructure, leading a small team while collaborating with Development and Data teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud security, and system monitoring.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills using Python or Bash.
• Experience with modern CI/CD tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
