We're seeking a Technical Writer for our tech client. You'll craft product experiences through meaningful text, shape brand narratives, and work across teams.

In Short

• Own and deliver English UX copy across the driver app.
• Partner with UX Designers, product managers, and other team members.
• Collaborate with clients’ marketing and creative teams.
• Drive ideas that connect with users through clear copy.
• Write engaging UX copy in English and local languages.
• Document writing guidelines and strategic principles.
• Initiate and execute UX writing projects.
• Ideate and execute ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX writing experience.
• Experience leading content strategies for user experiences.
• Commitment to high-quality work and consistency.
• Detail-oriented with design sensibility.
• Comfortable with design tools like Figma.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
