• Looking for a Senior Product Designer to help build and grow our product.
• Hands-on role with self-management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including Design, Engineering, Growth, Content, and Sales.
• Work on end-to-end projects from scope definition to delivery of designs.
• Present work effectively and integrate feedback from various perspectives.
• Help cultivate the design culture and champion user-centric design thinking.
• Collaborate on defining and documenting the Design System.
• Participate in the development process from definition through maintenance.
• Proven track record of designing products that users love.
• Empathy for customer needs and understanding of technical constraints.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Mobile and/or Desktop UX/UI - Product role.
• Deep understanding of design guidelines for Apple and Android platforms.
• Good understanding of intuitive design patterns and micro-interactions.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Professional English level for effective communication.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced processes.
