Marketing Operations Manager (Funnels, CRM, Automations) - Remote

Overview

You will own our marketing operations systems so leads turn into booked jobs and cleaner hires - fast follow-up, clean CRM, working funnels, and clear reporting.

• Own marketing operations systems for lead management and reporting.
• Ensure CRM cleanliness and reliability in lead follow-up.
• Optimize funnels and workflows inside GoHighLevel.
• Track weekly performance metrics and surface problems early.
• Coordinate with paid ads vendors for effective ad management.
• Run tests to improve conversion rates.
• Build automations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide light tech support for marketing systems.
• Not a social media or paid ads media buyer role.
• Must be organized and accountable.

Requirements

• Reliable laptop + strong internet (remote).
• Strong spoken English (Spanish is a plus, not required).
• Experience with CRMs, funnels, and marketing ops systems (GoHighLevel is a plus).
• Experience building automations (Zapier/Make or inside a CRM).
• Comfortable tracking numbers and reporting weekly results.
