Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online expertise to support our accounting team with bookkeeping operations during peak periods. This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support.

• Freelance position with remote setup
• Support bookkeeping operations for a client in the restaurant industry
• Process data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle daily sales entries using POS systems
• Manage calendars and client communications
• Track tasks and manage projects using Monday.com
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Compensation at $7 per hour
• Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST
• No benefits package included

Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• 1+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
• 1+ years experience with POS systems
• 1+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of calendar/administrative management
• Proven track record of professional communication
• Experience working remotely
• Must have a computer with at least 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection
