Overview

The Salesforce Administrator role is a freelance, remote position focused on providing Tier 2 support for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and user provisioning while supporting process automation and documentation.

In Short

  • Provide Tier 2 Salesforce Administrator support for help desk escalations.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage user provisioning across Salesforce.
  • Execute data loads and bulk updates using Data Loader.
  • Support process automation and documentation related to Salesforce.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing for major releases.
  • Manage access controls and deprovisioning in line with security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Required to provide own computer and maintain a quiet work environment.
  • Must work 40 hours per week on a Pacific Time schedule.

Requirements

  • Current Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Experience with Data Loader and bulk data operations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flows and workflow/process automation.
  • Experience with user provisioning and coordinating access across integrated tools.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a computer with at least 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
  • Comfortable working a consistent Pacific Time schedule.
