Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience with major CRM platforms to manage customer journeys
• Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in data, campaign tracking, and reporting.
• Capable of managing multiple CRM- and retention-related projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Strong ability to analyze data and extract insights to inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is beneficial.
• CRM platform certifications (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) are preferred
• Database management certifications are an advantage

Benefits

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
• Rate starts at $5 per hour
• Payment is made via Deel
• Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up, Internet speed of at least 40MBPS, Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam, Back-up computer and internet connection, Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
